Plantar Fasciitis Video is Up!

Hello from my Brooklyn apartment "office". I'm very excited to share this video with you all. Plantar Fasciitis is something I have a lot of personal experience with, and it is also something comes up constantly in my practice. It's known as a classic New York ailment -- pounding the pavement can really take it's toll -- but it comes up for some many people all over and for many different reasons. People often feel like all they can do is sit and wait for it to get better but I beg to differ. Take a look to learn some of my own self-care regimen.


Things you will want for some of these exercises: a MELT foot rolling ball or pinky bounce ball (or any small, comfortable ball); a washcloth or hand towel, yoga toes
